If you add a user to your team, and they already have a Razuna account, you would not see that the user got invited, and the user also did not get notified. This is now fixed, i.e., you will see that you invited the user. Also, the user will need to confirm before joining your team.

This would provide the same auto-tagging for videos as we have for images and documents. We add this here to gauge how important this is for you. Hence, please cast your vote!

CVS Import: Added the copyright (license) fields to mapping

GPS geo data indexing fixed

We identified an issue where the GPS coordinates weren't indexed along with the general data. Hence, no places were found in the search.

When you upload a file that already exists in a workspace, a message pops up to let you know that. However, searching for the name of the file does not always show results, and it would be helpful if the notification could take you to the location of the already-available file.

Dropbox Import: Tags import fix and option for import

Dropbox Tags are like Razuna Tags. However, as the customer might want to import them as keywords, we add an option to import them as Tags (default) or as keywords. If by keywords, we append any generated AI keywords.

MCP: create folder fix

create_folder now sends { workspace_id, name, parent_id } at the top level (not wrapped in query), so the 500 error from missing workspace_id is gone. Schema dropped description (the API doesn't accept it) and added color.

Razuna Desktop v.3.7.2

Trying out Razuna and have installed the desktop app for Mac. When I launch it, it wants me to a datacentre, launches the browser app and I sign in. After some time, I get an "Authentication timed out. Please try again." message. Have tried a few times, both today and yesterday, but no luck.

Image editor with replace option issue

This is related to the edit function not working correctly. When editing a file, for instance to correct an orientation issue by rotating it 90 degrees, the subsequent workflow results in loosing the original image altogether. Here are the steps: • View in image • Select edit • Click the rotate option • Click Save • Select the replace option. • The image is lost and replaced by a placeholder. • Also the revisions are missing so it is impossible to roll back to the previous version. I've attached a screen recording that demonstrates the issue.

User management enhancements

We made the following changes and enhancements: • If you're a Co-Admin of someone else's Workspace, you will see a dropdown menu within the "settings" to switch to those Workspaces. • You can now add users directly to your team, regardless of whether they have a Razuna account or not (previously, it would throw an error if the user already has a Razuna account and prompted you to "invite" them - confusing, I know) • The "invite" option has been removed (not required anymore with the above changes). These enhancements allow you to add anyone, regardless of their email domain (e.g., @mycompany.com), as a team member. However, account controls will only apply to members with your email domain. For security purposes, the following changes are made: • To enable account control, you are required to create a DNS TXT record to verify your email domain.

S3 and S3 compatible browser and import

Upload optimization for (very) large TIF files

This update adds support for creating thumbnails, with a fallback option for TIF files larger than 500MB. Tested up to 3GB per TIF file.

The settings of a workspace did not save correctly as of the latest update with the S3 connections.
