• Smart folders consist of saved searches. • One can save a search and share with others. • Allows to create an advanced search. • Allows to search within specific folders only.

Add permission "view" but don't allow download

At the moment, the "view" permission allows the download of files. This new permission set would be a strict view permission.

Add a custom watermark

This would allow us to add a custom logo as a watermark to the shared view. In addition, we could also allow a custom text. As an option, have placement, size, etc.

Option to search within a folder

The Views/Smart Folders feature provides this option, but it is for an ad-hoc search. Cast your vote if you find this helpful.

Search text and artwork across entire documents

Analyze text and images on every page of PDFs and supported Office documents, including scanned pages, presentations, and spreadsheets. Fill empty metadata fields while preserving existing values, and add detailed, deduplicated keywords for artwork across the document. Make content from later pages searchable through ordinary and AI search, with analysis running in the background and honoring workspace AI settings.

Reliable RAW previews and thumbnail recovery

Improve RAW preview generation and regeneration, correct image orientation without modifying original files, and restore thumbnail display when stored content types are incorrect. Missing or invalid thumbnails recover when opened; existing valid previews can be explicitly regenerated.

Fix Razuna Desktop uploads blocked by duplicate checks

Restore uploads blocked by optional duplicate checks. Respect the duplicate-checking setting across manual uploads, folder sync and retries, with compatibility for existing Razuna servers and file integrity checks preserved.

Fix restoring individual files from Trash

Fix an issue where restoring one or multiple individually deleted files could stall and leave them in Trash. Restored files return to their original folders.

Fix file browsing stopping after the first page

Ensure shared folders and in-app folders, search results, and collections continue loading when the first files fit on screen. Load more files automatically as needed while preserving selections and preventing duplicate or outdated results when switching views.

Direct streaming for large ZIP downloads

Bulk ZIP downloads from Razuna and shared folders stream files directly to the browser without temporary file copies. The browser can show the full download size and progress, including for archives larger than 4 GB.

THUMBNAIL DOWNLOAD LINKS

It would be great if an automatic thumbnail could be generated from a photo in the link, or if we could choose one ourselves. I’d like it to be possible to preview the content of a download link instead of this image I’ve attached. Thanks!!

Hi there, It would be nice to have the option resizing the left menu where the folders structure overview, in case the names are very long it becomes har to find some in a fast way... Please find attached my example... Thank you & best regards, Marco
