Workspace roles and folder permissions now work together consistently across Razuna.

• Action menus, uploads, downloads, folder controls, collections, and Trash now respect the correct permission layer.
• Direct, team, inherited, override, shared-workspace, and administrator access are handled consistently.
• Restore and Empty Trash appear only in the correct Trash context, while folder uploads require folder-creation access.

Workspace roles and folder permissions once again work as independent access layers throughout Razuna.

• Action menus now hide unavailable actions in folders, search, favorites, collections, shared folders, and Trash.
• File and folder operations are validated before changes begin, preventing unauthorized partial updates.
• Trash-only actions remain confined to Trash, including for workspace administrators.

Collection permissions now load the correct workspace directory, including for collections shared across workspaces.

• Available users and teams display reliably.

• Existing assignee names remain visible, with a clear label when an old account is unavailable.

• Permission, rename, privacy, deletion, and link changes now enforce collection-admin access and show failures clearly.

Fixed an issue where Razuna's gallery could show incorrect totals, skip images, or add duplicates. All previewable files now load in the correct order, with an accurate and stable counter—even during rapid navigation.

Razuna now preserves filenames containing spaces, Unicode, and punctuation for display and search. Storage-safe filenames continue to be used internally. This applies to new uploads; existing assets remain unchanged.

Existing Razuna users added or imported to an account now appear immediately in the member list with access to the selected teams and workspaces—no invitation acceptance required. Optional welcome emails also use the account's white-label domain.

Fixed an issue where Workspace contributors could see unauthorized folder-management actions. Razuna now consistently applies effective workspace, team, and inherited folder permissions across toolbars, uploads, folder controls, file details, search, bulk actions, and Trash menus.

Contributors retain file upload/edit access, while higher inherited folder permissions continue to grant the configured actions. Folder settings and permanent Trash deletion remain restricted to authorized roles.
