Fixed missing file tags in Shared with me. Shared folders now display tag names and colors, including for recipients without full workspace access.

Existing folder and upload permissions remain unchanged.

Read every PDF page in shared Collections

September 10th

PDFs and generated document previews in shared Collections now open in a multipage viewer with scrolling, page navigation, and zoom.

Download controls respect the Collection setting. Failed previews show an error and a Retry button, and mobile gallery controls stay clear of the document toolbar.

Public folder downloads now include subfolders when you select all, preserving their organization inside the ZIP.

Reliable tray menus on Linux

Razuna Desktop now opens its tray menu with a normal left click on native Linux and Wayland desktops.

  • Use the existing sync status, folder, settings, update, and quit actions directly from the tray.
  • If the desktop tray service becomes unavailable, the main window remains accessible.

Clear errors when ZIP extraction fails

When a ZIP upload cannot finish extracting, Razuna now shows a clear error dialog with the filename and an OK button. Permission errors explain when you need access to create folders and suggest contacting a workspace administrator.

Messages are translated into all supported languages and stay visible until acknowledged. Multiple failures appear one at a time.

Workspace switcher respects personal workspace restrictions

Fixed an issue where personal workspaces could still appear in the workspace switcher when disabled in Account Controls. Restricted members now see only permitted shared workspaces, while account owners and co-admins retain their existing access.

Find destination folders for email and upload links

Fixed missing folder search results when selecting destinations for incoming emails and upload-link auto-move. Matching folders and subfolders now appear even when Root or a parent folder is selected, while upload permissions remain respected.

Select every file in a mobile folder

September 10th

The folder’s three-dot menu now includes Select all and Deselect all. Select all includes files on later pages, while keeping subfolders outside the selection.

Your scroll position and current view stay unchanged. If loading the full selection fails, your previous selection is preserved; you can also cancel while files are being collected.

Easier mobile selection and reliable drawer controls

September 10th

File checkboxes are now always visible on the left of each mobile card’s action row, with Share and Download available on the right. Select several files to open batch actions, or open details without losing your selection.

Close and Back buttons now respond correctly, including in the Add tags drawer. PDF thumbnails fit their list columns, and long filenames stay within the detail layout.

Organize files from the Razuna mobile app

Manage your files wherever you are with new actions in the Razuna mobile app.

  • Select multiple files and use More to add tags, move to a folder or another space, or move files to Trash.
  • Access the same actions from file details, with a dedicated Tags section for adding existing or new tags.
  • Keep tags when moving between spaces, matching existing destination tags and creating missing ones.
  • See changes immediately while keeping your place in the library or search results. Trash remains recoverable.

Workspace email uploads restored

September 9th

Fixed an issue that prevented email attachments from appearing in workspaces with email uploads enabled. Uploads now use the workspace owner’s existing permissions for the configured destination.

Email delivery is acknowledged only after attachments finish importing, including ZIP contents. Failed imports now return an error instead of reporting success.

  • See selected, uploaded, and failed counts as files progress.
  • Retry failed files without re-uploading successful ones.
  • Complete file details in manageable 25-file pages.
  • Interrupted transfers resume safely within the current upload session.

Razuna now refreshes legacy video thumbnail references when they still point to a placeholder.

  • A normal folder refresh can trigger automatic recovery.
  • Current video thumbnails and image thumbnails remain unchanged.
