Razuna now analyzes the captured screenshot alongside page text when classifying saved web links. Visual pages such as Canva designs can receive useful descriptions, keywords, and Smart Tags even when little text is available.

We fixed an issue where PDF metadata could be saved while search indexing remained incomplete.

• PDF text from all processed pages is included in ordinary search and semantic search indexing.

• A failed PDF no longer prevents other files in the indexing batch from being processed.

Razuna Desktop now uses your active sign-in session when contacting Razuna during uploads, including accounts hosted in Europe and on custom domains.

• Shows authentication failures directly and preserves the original error if a fallback upload also fails.
• Improves cleanup after interrupted uploads while keeping storage transfers separate from your sign-in credentials.

Shared folder and collection links now show a preview made from up to three of the most recently updated files with thumbnails.

• Folders use your custom folder cover when one is available.
• Previews work with one, two, or three images and fall back to the Razuna logo when no usable thumbnail is available.
• Password-protected links keep the Razuna logo, so their contents stay private.

Fixed an issue where restoring individually deleted files could stall and leave them in Trash. Restoring a single file or multiple selected files now completes and returns the files to their original folders.

Fixed an issue that could leave shared folders showing only the first 15 files. Folders, search results, and collections inside Razuna also continue loading as you browse.

• Additional files load automatically when needed to fill the view, including after resizing the window.
• Your selections and scroll position are preserved as more files appear.
• Switching views no longer allows late loading responses to add outdated or duplicate results.

Bulk ZIP downloads now stream files directly to your browser without temporary file copies.

• See the total download size and progress, including for archives larger than 4 GB.
• Downloads stop clearly if a source file is incomplete instead of producing a misleading ZIP.
• Works for downloads inside Razuna and from shared folder links.
